Turning readiness outputs into modernization roadmaps
Technical readiness reports are useful, but teams still need dependency, usage, and redesign context.
Readiness tools are valuable. They provide an initial baseline and reduce the need to recreate technical analysis from scratch.
But a technical readiness report is not automatically a roadmap. Teams still need to understand dependencies, usage, custom transformation logic, business ownership, and where redesign effort is likely to sit.
That is where assessment work becomes useful: it turns an output into a conversation about scope, sequence, risk, and practical next steps.
